Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase and the circumstances surrounding the request.
Party Reservations
Party reservations canceled at least five days before the scheduled event date are eligible for a full refund.
When a party is canceled fewer than five days before the scheduled event date, the payment or deposit is nonrefundable. A park credit equal to the amount of the deposit will be issued instead.
The park credit may be used toward a future purchase at Airtopia.
General Admission and Other Purchases
Refund requests involving the following purchases are reviewed individually:
- General admission tickets
- Additional attraction fees
- Arcade cards or arcade credits
- Food and beverage purchases
These refunds are not guaranteed and are determined based on the circumstances by the manager on duty.
