What is Airtopia?
Airtopia is where energy meets excellence. We’re not just a trampoline park—we’re a purpose-driven entertainment center built for families, athletes, and fun-seekers of all ages. From free play to full-on events, we’re here to move, connect, and make every visit unforgettable.
Do I need a reservation?
Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are the smart move—especially on weekends and holidays. Booking ahead locks in your flight tickets, gets you through the door faster, and guarantees a better experience.
How much do flight tickets cost?
We offer flexible flight ticket options, SkyPass memberships, and party packages to fit your time and your budget. Come for an hour, stay for the day, or fly every day with a SkyPass. However you show up—we’ll make it worth it.
Who can fly at Airtopia?
If you can walk, you can fly. We’re built for toddlers, teens, parents, athletes, and everyone in between. Airtopia is for all ages, all stages, and always safe.
Are there toddler-specific areas?
Yes—Airtots is a secure soft-play area designed specifically for toddlers, with slides, obstacles, and lower-height soft structures
What should we wear?
Wear something you can move in—athletic or comfortable clothes are best. Airtopia grip socks are required for all flyers. Don’t have a pair? Grab some at check-in. You’ll reuse them every time you come back.
Does everyone need to sign a waiver?
Yes. Every person who enters the activity floor—whether you’re flying or just watching—needs a signed waiver. It’s fast, digital, and easy to complete ahead of time.
Can I wear socks from another trampoline park?
No. For your safety, only Airtopia grip socks are allowed on our equipment. They’re designed specifically for our surfaces—and reusable, so you only need to purchase them once.
Do you have food and drinks?
Yes—and not just snacks. Our eatery has a full menu with hot food, ICEEs, candy, and drinks. Adults 21+ can enjoy beer or wine while the kids fly (Selection varies). We make sure nobody leaves hungry.
Can I bring in outside food or drinks?
No outside food or drinks are allowed, except for cake, cupcakes, or ice cream when you’ve booked a birthday party. Everything else you need is available at our eatery.
Do you offer memberships?
Yes. Our SkyPass Memberships are built for frequent flyers. Come every day, skip the line, get exclusive perks, save big on food and parties—and make Airtopia your go-to hangout.
I’ve been thinking about getting a membership. Why should I?
If your kids ask to come back after just one visit—SkyPass is a no-brainer. It pays for itself in just 1-2 visits and comes with daily access, discounts, and member-only perks. It’s the easiest yes you’ll say all year.
Can I drop my kids off?
Flyers 13 and up can enjoy Airtopia without a parent present, as long as there’s a signed waiver on file. Flyers under 13 need an adult to remain on-site. Want to save time? Sign the waiver online before arrival.
Is Airtopia safe?
Yes—and we take it seriously. Safety isn’t a feature—it’s our foundation. Every area is professionally maintained, every team member is trained, and our rules are clear and enforced with care. Fun is only fun when it’s safe.
Can businesses rent the park?
Yes. We host full park rentals, team events, fundraisers, staff parties, brand activations—you name it. Our events team will help you build the perfect experience from the ground up.
Do you host birthday parties?
Yes—and they’re next-level. We take care of the setup, cleanup, food, flight tickets, and fun. You bring the crew—we handle the chaos. We have packages for every group, budget, and birthday vision.
Can I bring my own cake, cupcakes, or ice cream?
Yes—but only for reserved birthday parties. You’re welcome to bring store-bought cake, cupcakes, or ice cream. We even have a freezer to keep things cold until party time.
Can I decorate the party room?
Definitely. You can arrive 15–20 minutes early to set up your own decorations. Want to skip the hassle? Ask us about our Party Add-On options—we’ll decorate it for you. Just no glitter, confetti, or silly string.
What’s included in your birthday party packages?
All parties come with 120 minutes of flight time, a reserved party area, pizza, drinks and a dedicated host who handles setup, service, and cleanup. It’s everything you need—handled from start to finish.
Can I add more guests or extra time?
Yes. Want more time, more food, or more flyers? No problem. We offer party add-ons to build the exact experience you want. Just ask when you book.
How early should I book a party?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance. Prime slots fill fast—especially on weekends—so the earlier you reserve, the more options you’ll have.
Do you host other group events besides birthdays?
Yes. Schools, sports teams, churches, companies, daycares, field trips —we do it all. Whether you need group rates or a private event, we’ll help you build a custom experience your group won’t forget.
What is “Verse”?
“Verse” is an augmented reality (AR) experience that uses AR visors to immerse participants in interactive, holographic stories — It’s a fully immersive experience that’s a favorite for kids over 7 as well as adults! You can purchase tickets online or in park but some games are included in our Elite and First Class memberships.
