Cancellation procedures vary depending on the type of purchase or reservation.
Membership Cancellations
Memberships may be canceled after the initial three-month commitment has been fulfilled.
Eligible membership cancellation requests may be submitted:
- Through the online guest portal
- By completing the cancellation form available on the Airtopia website
Submitting a cancellation request does not eliminate payments or obligations associated with the initial three-month commitment.
Party Cancellations
Party reservations may be canceled at any time. However, canceling a party does not automatically guarantee a refund.
Parties canceled at least five days before the scheduled event date are eligible for a full refund. Parties canceled fewer than five days before the scheduled event date are not eligible for a refund and will receive a park credit equal to the amount of the deposit.
Admission and Attraction Cancellations
General admission tickets and additional attraction purchases may be canceled:
- Online
- By phone
- In person at the park
